I’m having a problem correctly fitting my Vario side cases to my 2001 Dakar

when secured with the latch the bottom two plastic brackets seem to float above the pannier hanging rails and the rubber stops.
As a result the flop around

I’ve tried to adjust the metal top pin down but to no improvement.

Any tips please!

I’ve got some sticky neoprene strips to beef up the rubber stops. Hopefully that will help
