Hi All, Has anyone got a topbox which they would like to sell to fit a 2005 / 55 BMWF650 GS. Its to fit the original rack, & I belive it slides on & should be from a pre 55 model. Please PM me Thank you.
Can anyone shed any light on whether or not the original BMW top box will fit all years of the f650 single.
I know that earlier models had to have a base mounted on the bike, but as for the box I am unsure if it differs in any way.
I have asked my local BMW Motorrad, but even they couldnt be...
Just wondered if anyone has heard of Coocase top boxes and what quality they are. They sound really good, built in led brake lights, alarmed remote control. Lot cheaper than Givi, sourced some on ebay. I have a 2003 CS Scarver, just recently purchased, which I absolutely love. I am just...
I'm a newbie here and couldn't find any existing threads about top boxes. The grey plate that came with the 1999/2001 bike didn't have a top box that came with it.
Can anyone recommend one that fits the original rack, or do I need to screw a new plate onto it? Did a search on...
Hi all, :)
I am in need of a larger rear luggage compartment but with less bulk, by that I mean directly behind the passenger.
I have a topbox and it`s great for one helmet and a couple of gloves, tie downs and a packed lunch. I think it holds about 35ltrs.
But if I could put two...
Ive tried to find out, but could anyone shed any light about a mounting plate.
Whether or not one is needed for a genuine box to be fitted to the bike?

I bought a £40 chinese topbox off the bay to fit to my 650GS.
Apart from requiring 2 holes drilling in the base plate and 4 spacers (4 piles of washers in my case) to allow the rear cover to be put back on, it fits perfectly. I used the 4 holes in the rear grabrail rack thing.
Seems a decent...

I know some folks don't like them, but I've been after one for my 2005 GS. Bought one off fleabay a few months ago advertised as a 2005, but guess what, didn't fit  but got my money back after punting it back on ebay as a pre-04 that requires a plate :-) . As far as I can see all city...
I just acquired my first F650,its a 2004 GS Dakar model, and its great. I want to get a decent topbox for it, where I could potentially add panniers from the same set later.
Not looking to do much rough stuff, will mostly be used on tarmac and touring.
Currently I have nothing fitted to take a...
:wall: Hello folks,,,I have a F650gs 05reg. I fancied a topbox so rode down to my local dealer and was told X amount for a topbox, which fitted on without any base/fitting plate. Spotted a topbox on fleabay advertised as topbox for 2005 650gs, bid and won. Recieved the box today and quickly...
Getting around to sorting out a topbox for F650CS but am a bit bewildered as to which one to get....
Need at least a 30 litre one I think (off on a few weekends this year...including going to the Hog Rally at Minehead this year with a couple of Harley owning friends :sunny: )...
