For those of you who might be interesed my Scottoiler in mint condition is on sale on ebay.fr used to have it on my previous bike, but gave up the idea of fitting it on my Gs, didn't really like the idea of drilling into the exhaust manifold :-( Good bids shipping shouldn't be any pricier than...

Has anyone fitted a Scottoiler Dual Injector to their Dakar rear swinging arm. I had all Tuesday morning at trying it but I just could not figure how, when it`s done, do I get the back wheel on ?  :wall:  So I took everything off again and put it back to a single feed to...

Santa brought me a Scottoiler, so I set about fitting it today following the guidance on faq.f650.com. Hmm. Not that easy. I just couldn't get close enough. I removed the airbox, injector assembly, and undid the bolts to the bracket that supports the front of the seat, but just couldn't move...

Hi all. Has anyone fitted a Scott Oiler to a carbed Funduro? If so, from where and how do you get the vacuum connection. Thanks.

According to the manufacturers the Touring Kit is not recommended for the GS. I thought I might just fit it anyway and see what happens, but would it be best to reinforce the bodywork? Experiences/Opinions appreciated Dave

I am renewing my chain and sprokets and am planning on fitting a scottoiler or simillar thingy. I commute to work (only 3 days a week about 26miles a day) and ride socially at weekends etc not planning on doing any touring just yet but it may be on the cards for the future. SO which ones do...

Hi, I have a std Scottoiler and there are two strange things about it... 1/. I have to set it on about 1 out of 10 or is pisses oil at a huge rate (big single effect?). 2/. I get through the oil very fast. My old Cagiva 350 needed a fill-up Xmas and Birthday (although I didn't use it so much)...

I refilled my Universal 7 Scottoiler for the first time today and now it is not dripping any oil. Even when set to prime no oil is coming out. I did notice some oil came out when I was filling it up i.e. squeezing the bottle to fill the unit. I checked the instructions that came with it and it...

Hi everyone. Aren't these bikes fun? :riding: So glad and relieved that this site is to continue as it is a mine of useful information! :not worthy: I have just got the Mk7 scottoiler with free dual injector from Buster's. I think I have cracked the placement of the injector by mounting...

I have the touring oiler kit on my 650gs. It was on the bike when i bought it...the problem i have, is it is pissing oil from the resevoir fill tube/ breather tube, which runs down the mudguard and luckily enough catches on the plastic guard that goes across the rear wheel. I am getting no feed...

Recommendation: Do It Yourself. Having only hand my Funduro for about a month, I decided after reading these and other forums to have a Scottoiler fitted to the bike. Seems like a good idea and the cost it should save (time will tell) on new chains and sprokets will pay for itself in about 6...

I am about to buy a new 650gs and I would like to fit a scottoiler. Would the touring scottoiler(the large reserve tank) fit with Givi rack/pannier frames attached. If anyone has it fitted with the Givi kit, Is there enough clearance between the scottoiler and Givi fittings?

Anyone got any prices for dealers (BMW or otherwise) for fitting the touring ScottOiler to an F650 (GS but i assume there'd be significant no difference in fitting between variants?) ? I already have said contraption so it's just the fitting costs I'm after. Cheers, dan

I know it boils down to mileage you cover and so on but I just would like some real-life examples (opinions) of F650 owners and their Scottoiler's so i can decide which version to plump for... Maybe some people reckon they're not worth getting at all?? cheers, dan
