Hi everyone - just traded my zx6 in on friday for a 2002 GS. What a fun bike it it, what a summer its going to be! Im really impressed with the GS. I rode some great roads in the yorkshire dales above kettlewell toward Leyburn on saturday and sunday was spent blatting down the 'Yorkshire TT'...

One of my mates picked up his new gs1200 at the weekend - previously had a Yam TDM900 he's finding it quite different to say the least...handling characteristics, etc are making him a bit uneasy at present, mind you he's only done 45 miles so far... I just clocked 1800 miles on the wya home...

Okay got my bike at lunchtime today and I'm loving it! Have done a quick 40 miles - took the long way home....! The balance of the bike is excellent and I love the high riding position after my suzuki marauder (cruiser)! :-D :-D :-D
