Were crap headlights and instrument lights fitted as standard on these bikes!! ill try an uprated H4 bulb in the hope that it helps,can i put upgraded bulbs for the counters? theyre really dim?

Does anyone know just how easy it is to change the bulbs behind the clocks ? My rev counter side lights have died. I know the plastic cover comes off easy, and the shrouding if required behind the screen, but is the next stage easy enough ?

Two speedo lights have failed on my Dec 04 650 - only done 950miles. Not too bothered as they will be fixed on the warranty. :? Anybody any similar experiences? Dave
