Has anyone had any success getting a COC from BMW?
£80 PCN through the door today, have emailed via the address in the previous post and got an immediate response saying due to high demand there could be a delay.
Only got 14 days to do something!

    cheers

Did you check the TFL web site to see whether your particular F650 is already exempt - from previously, I seem to remember that certain years were already exempted (possibly after someone had obtained a BMW COC for that year?)

Well, I thought we did and it was fine, but checking it now it definitely isn't.
And I can't contest the fine on the basis that I think TFL had changed it without good evidence. sadly

Yes, just checked my 2004 Twin Spark, it shows as non complient. How strange. The procedure to make this complient,( It probably is) is not that clear.

I've got as far as challenging the PCN and got a letter from BMW stating the NOX value about half of the ULEZ limit.
That should cancel the fine but will it automatically exempt the bike?
No charge from BMW by the way, and they turned it round within a week despite everything that's going on.

Slightly off piste , so apologies if should be a new thread. Are bike road taxes now going to be linked to emissions , if so any idea how it will effect us ?

I also just got a free certificate from BMW for my 2004 F650GS and with the NOx values, it should be compliant. Ive sent off the evidence to TFL and just awaiting to here back.

I sent an email to eccoc@bmw.co.uk with a copy of my V5 asking for proof of NOx values and they sent back a pdf with details on. Have forwarded this too TFL

Get some evidence from BMW, create a TFL account, then go to the area of the account that states submit evidence if you believe your vehicle should be compliant. Job jobbed 😁
