I use the genuine BMW one for the Funduro,

it has a harness which fits around the tanks and the tank bag zips too it.

they come up on ebay every now and again.

I bought mine from a member on here for the princely sum of £15

I think Motorworks sell them but at a price.

Ian

I was bought a 'bag connections' day pack for Christmas. I am in the process of fitting the attachment onto the filler cap ring. The bag then clips directly onto attachment. Looks like it will be good and very easy to take off to fill up with juice.
You can get all sorts bag sizes and you can even get the tank attachment with a built in power socket. Get them from SW Motech
Will let you know how I get on with it when I have used it a bit.

Nigel.

I've got an Oxford one that straps round the headstock and frame beneath the front of the seat.

The main bag zips off to reveal a map pocket that I leave strapped on when not using the bag. Ohm the bag has straps to act as a rucsac, but frustratingly the map pocket on the bag itself won't take an A5 atlas!

Yellow to match the bike!

Cannot say how good this is but recommended by someone of the UK GSer Forum. Take a look at

Hubby bought me this last year,it needed a little modification like 2 stainless steel clips bent up from a welding rod,and 2 straps moified to attach to clips. These fit into holes in the frame and hold it very well ,and at the cost it is good value and even has a rain hood included.
A worthwhile aquisition

Hey, after months of searching I eventually succumbed for the BMW bag. It's pricey and not huge but it does fit really well (prob not surprising) and the side pockets in the harness are pretty handy. It's all you might expect of a tank bag really. The photos of it on the motorworks website aren't great so feel free to ask if you're interested in one.

Default Tank Bag

I purchased a Famsa bag off another forum member, good bag seems to fit well.

However someone I know then said he had a BMW tank bag in the shed, he dug it out and it just happened to be the correct one for a Funduro.

Price of a beer and it was mine, so I do have 2 tank bags now, Famsa might be for sale.

Anyone interested?

How much for the Famsa Tank Bag? Is all the connection kit with it?
