Default Removing the BMW lowering kit?

Ok, my bike came with a different side stand and center stand and aparentley I need to remove somthing off the rear shock...

How hard is this to actually do?

Hi Andy,

The delowering is not that difficult as long as you have the kit.

From memory it would be the centre stand, the kick stand, the two links known as dogbones and I don't know if the shock was also shorter.

If you do go ahead and do the de-lowering, I would gladly take the dogbones off your hands.

The lowering ones are just a tad shorter than the stock GS ones. The bearings are the same. So if they dont work straight out of the box...they will when I abuse them with some machining tools.
